We realise that you can't be in two places at once but a Mail Boxes Etc. mailbox is the next best thing! Never miss another delivery - we can accept your parcel, registered post or courier service.

Hectic schedule? No problem you can visit your mailbox 24 hours a day. Personal, confidential and always available - enhance your business reputation with an MBE mailbox.

We also have virtual mailboxes available allowing collection during opening hours or mail forwarding to where ever you are.

Just need an address?

If you just need an address please see our Virtual (counter collect) or Forward only Mail Boxes. We'll give you the a town centre address for your mail; you can even have your mail forwarded to you when you wish for a small service fee plus postage and packing.

Common Questions

I work from home but would prefer a business address? - We can offer you a town centre street address that can provide a polished image for your business and allow you to keep your business and personal lives separate.

What will be my address be? - This will depend on which centre you choose, for example in an address in chelmsford would look like this.

When will I be able to start using my Mail Box? - Immediately. As soon as the sign up process is completed and you've been issued with your box number you are free to start using it.

What happens to mail too large for my Mail Box? - All oversized mail is held at the counter for collect and a note is placed in your mailbox. If you intend to have a number of oversize packages delivered frequently you should make the MBE Associate aware when signing up as this some this will affect which level of service would best suit you.

Will you tell me if I have mail? - Just call us we'll check your mail box, for you. It is not practicable for us to contact everybody when the get mail. For security resons we cannot open your mail but we will confirm whether you've got mail or not.

Will you pass my details to anyone? - You won't disclose your details to anyone, unless we have to. Unlike, other P.O Box / Mailbox providers we do not sell or rent our lists of customers, so you won't increase junk mail by owning one of our mailboxes.

I go aboard for extended periods will you keep my mail? - With in reason we attempt to hold mail until your mailbox expires however, you should have your mail forwarded or collected at least once a month. Unfortunately, we can not store mail safely for extended periods so, must reserve the right to exercise the terms of conditions on boxes that are neglected for more than a month.
